- 500 g Minced Beef
- 2 tbsp Mae Jum Thai Green Curry Paste
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Egg
- Coriander leaves Handful
- 4 Burger Buns
- Salt
- Tomato Garnish
- Lettuce Garnish
- Sweet Thai Basil Garnish
- Red Onion Garnish
Preparation
Finely chop onions and coriander leaves
In a mixing bowl, add beef, onions, coriander, curry paste, egg and a big pinch of salt. Combine everything together. Spilt into 4-5 portions and shape into patties, chill in the fridge until ready to cook
Cooking Method
Heat the grill to high heat before placing the patties on top. Grill for 15 minutes, turning halfway through
Cut the burger buns in half and toast the insides if desired. Assemble burgers by placing lettuce at the bottom, then patty, tomato, onion and sweet Thai basil. Enjoy!
