I have only tried the yellow curry paste thus far. It was lovely, but I found using the whole pouch as asvised , made it way to hot !! , and i like spicy foods. I woukd use a third or half of the puch nxt time.
Only tried the red curry so far but it was delicious. Cant wait to try the others.
