So far so good. The green Thai curry was as good as my local Thai restaurant (the best in Devon) so to match to this, is incredible. Looking forward to trying the others soon. If they’re as good as the first, I will definitely be placing more orders. Thanks so much!
I had been trying to replicate Indonesian and Thia recipe that we had experienced on holidays and brought numerous individual ingredients but subsequently gave these a try and they are so great that I will not be going through the phaff of ‘doing from scratch’. So far have loved the Penang, Jungle and Red and yet to try the others, one of which is a dryer curry and we will try that tomorrow when friends coming to eat with us.
As yet have only tried the Green Curry which was excellent. Looking forward to trying the other pastes. The standard of packaging of the Taster Pack is visually attractive and would make an excellent gift. Overall, very impressed so far.
Absolutely lovely just added paste chicken pack veg light coconut milk fish sauce pinch of brown sugar and cooked 15 - 20 minutes until thickened served with rice delicious

I love these curry pastes and Mae Jum's philosophy - I'd encourage anyone to try them and also to read the 'our approach' page on the website. You can really taste the authenticity shining through and it's wonderful to know that Mae Jum works with a small supplier in Thailand rather than a huge multinational corporation.
The curries are easy to make, in batch and in smaller portions since the paste keeps well in the fridge. The staff are also lovely and managed to change my shipping address after I ordered to the wrong one. Great experience, keep doing what you're doing guys!
I have been looking for an authentic Thai Red Curry paste for a long time and the Mae Jum fits the brief in every way. I made a few errors in making the curry, but the end result was fantastic. You need to buy some extra bits to complete the recipe like palm sugar and some fish sauce, but both of these were readily available. All in all a fantastic product!

This is a fabulous Thai curry paste, full of flavour . It is for me one of the hotter pastes I’ve tried but by far the tastiest. I simply added extra coconut milk to take the heat down a little, and it went down a storm with my guests at Christmas! Excellent product.

What can I say? I've been buying from here for several years now and it's because they're all amazing pastes! (especially the jungle curry which I put in all sorts in now and even had it with a baked potato once - it worked!
We purchased three of the pastes from the good food show this year and we haven’t been disappointed! The jungle curry, although HOT was so delicious and flavoursome and I can’t wait to try the others. I will be buying more 😊
I used the yellow curry paste yesterday! I love spicy food and this was seriously spicy!
It was perhaps a bit too much even for me but I have some left and will add some lime juice which should tone it down a bit.
Easy recipes when you invest in a few store cupboard essentials which I keep for Asian cooking, which we both love.
I've tried two sachets of the curry paste and I'm very happy with the results. Just fry veggies, add paste and coconut milk and (in my case) fish, prawns or tofu and there's a substantial, aromatic meal in no time. Will definitely buy more when I've finished the rest of the bundle.
We've not tried all of these yet, but have cooked with 2 and they are excellent. Very authentic taste, and appropriately spicy (so take note of the chilli heat ratings!). Very easy to use. Will definitely enjoy using the rest, and then getting some more.

So far I have only tried the green curry paste,and it was delicious, although cutting the portion down for 2 people was a bit hit and miss,but it turned out ok.
