My second taster bundle and I’m working through Mae Jum’s different recipes that are available on the Mae Jum recipe site.
Every single one has been a gorgeous, 10/10. If I lived alone I can honestly say I would have one for dinner 7 days a week.
Proper heat levels which I love and the flavours are beautiful.
Follow the recipes and instructions and it’s impossible to go wrong.
I would urge you to buy a good coconut milk (Aroy D from Sainsbury’s) as I did try with a lesser quality brand and the difference is noticeable.
I will be coming back regularly and will leave a review for the others outside the bundle when I have tried them.

Love the taste of these curry paste, wouldn’t use anything else now, our local Thai restaurant loss is Mae Jum gain 😊. Excellent quick delivery
I have only tried the yellow curry paste thus far. It was lovely, but I found using the whole pouch as asvised , made it way to hot !! , and i like spicy foods. I woukd use a third or half of the puch nxt time.
My favourite food is Thai food and have visited Thailand many times. I have to say these are the best pastes I've ever used and totally taste authentic. They are simply the best. Will be putting another order in soon.
Fantastic curry pastes , probably best I've tasted , so much flavour packed in to each packet , a very nice level of heat too , will definitely be ordering quite regularly

Bought as a present yet to be given so I can only go on the visual . It looks lovely and has lots of flavours for them to try.

Really top quality products, easy to use, and the favour is delicious and authentic. So much easier too than my previous method of shopping online for fresh Thai ingredients, making a batch, and freezing in ice cube trays. Plus these pastes store better. Nothing not to like, with the big bonus of all vegan ingredients.
I have been trying to make the perfect Thai curries for years with reasonable success.
