Thought I would start with the Penang curry, although I did half prawns and half Basa fish, it was as described, so 10/10. it was quick and easy, so that was a bonus, and I will certainly be getting that again... haven't decided what I will try next.

Loving your curry pastes. We had the yellow curry last week with Tofu and the red with duck this week. Both were very flavoursome but the yellow just had the edge as it did appear to be slightly more spicy. This could well have been because I used Tofu which takes on all the flavours. Can't wait to try the others.
I have bought pastes in Thailand and they are a great way to create authentic and delicious Thai food but these pastes from Mae Jum are a class apart. They are clearly made with love for tradition, the flavours are exceptional and I love that they’re made down the road from home. Highly recommended!

Love these, so easy and tasty. Really authentic flavours. Proper kick of chilli for chilli lovers. Would be handy if the packs indicated how hot they are as I have to also cook for chilli-dodgers lol.

The results using these pastes are outstanding. I made sure to follow the recipes, using additional shrimp paste and fish sauce where indicated.
I can honestly say the curries made with these pastes are as good as the best Thai restaurants I have eaten in, including some decent places in London.
