I have only made one made the Panang Curry so far and really enjoyed it. I batched cooked it, so have lots of meals ready in the freezer for the next few weeks, although I nearly ate two portions when I had cooked it, as it was so delicious! Looking forward to the trying the others in the Cool Bundle.

Mae Jum pastes are the real thing. Use with confidence, but take it easy with the quantity until you know what you’re doing. This stuff is potent!
Authentic, great with chicken, easy to use and instructions clear, I defo add the extra ingredients for a more luscious taste.

We purchased these bundles as we have visited Thailand a number of times and enjoy the food there. We have only tried the Green curry up to now and have found it to be very authentic, my wife has her Thai currys Ferang spicy so she found the 2star curry a little on the spicy side but enjoyed it non-the less. If the rest are as good as the Green curry we have a lot to look forward to. I for one can't wait.
