First found these pastes in Horsham last year. Absolutely delicious. We have tried quite a few of them and none disappoint.
Take heed of the 5/5 spice warning as this paste pulls no punches. Thankfully I enjoy my heat and this soup was a joy to eat. The tang of the tamarind perfectly complemented rich salmon. I'd love to make this again when I can get my hands on some unripe papaya (I used bean sprouts this time around).
It was my first time making a Panang beef curry. It was superb and we will definitely have this again. Very tasty and easy to make.
I purchased the taste bundle and Iwas not disappointed,I have only tried the Massaman curry so far,but it was amazing, restaurant quality,so easy to make.I would advise anybody to try these products they are fantastic and the recipes are easy to follow 5 stars.
I ordered the variety box, so far I’ve used two of the selection and have found them absolutely wonderful. They are full of flavour and it’s a long time since I’ve tasted something that was authentically Thai. I personally did add fish sauce and shrimp paste . Looking to trying the rest of the selection and will definitely order again.

I’m very impressed with these pastes. Great taste and absolutely no nasty ingredients. I love the fact they will keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks once opened meaning I have plenty of time to use them.
I love this paste because you get full flavour without the really hot heat which is perfect for me. I get to thoroughly enjoy the Thai flavours and know I'm not running to get a glass of milk!!
I did not know what to expect with this paste, but when I tasted the cooked meal, it was just so unusual, aromatic and simply gorgeous. Will buy again and again!
