These sauces are easy to use and come with some good recipe suggestions on line. You just really need fish sauce, coconut milk and palm sugar. I added kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil.
Massamam sauce quite mild. Thai green packs a punch

I ordered the Hot Bundle and they are the best pastes I've ever bought. The jungle curry paste is banging and proper hot! Will be trying the other products for sure. 10 out of 10.
Really great product. Going to buy some Thai veg from a Thai grocer online to make it even better. Have already gone back to buy more and sent some to my sister as a gift. A great find.
Great tasty Thai Massaman Curry Paste - really good flavour without being too hot. It goes perfectly in my bean stew or you can add to vegetables to give an extra zing. My favorite spice paste for cooking.
As a pescatarian it’s hard to get massaman curry in a restaurant and mostly meat. This paste makes the most authentic curry, made with prawns. Be careful not to add too much liquid if following the recipe and not using meat.
This a great quality product and authentic flavour the recipe on the back is spot on.
Loved it. My only comment is the paste would be better in a pot as it is so difficult to get out of the sachet
We bought the taster bundle because we had only had green and red curries previously. The jungle curry was too hot for us, but we also had the yellow curry and that was absolutely delicious!

Out of the 6 curries in the taster pack I've tried 2 of them, Mossiman and the yellow curry. All the curries follow the same format for cooking which is very easy to follow. The curries themselves are extremely tasty. I did take the advice on the cooking instructions and buy some shrimp paste and palm sugar which I feel added to the authenticity. I highly reccomend these if you fancy the taste and warmth of Thailand on a cold UK winters evening.
