Looks like a lovely collection of spice packs. I haven't opened it yet as it's part of a Christmas present for someone else
I bought a starter pack and have now made all six.
My favourite is the red curry paste, so much so that I’ve bought more packs of it.
Joint second best goes to: yellow, Massaman and green pastes.
I found Jungle to be a bit too hot and a bit harsh.
The Panang paste was a big disappointment …….. nice taste, but needed to be a bit more spicy.
But overall they were all excellent value and truly authentic. Most of the curries were suitable for freezing after cooking, apart from Panang. It was very thin and watery when thawed out.
Just made the pad thai dish with prawns and red sweet peppers absolutely delicious can’t wait to try one of the other dishes
All three types of Thai curry paste are lovely and they make a fantastic meal. We will be ordering more once these have been used up!
Excellent products , packaging is beautiful and the tastes are very authentic. It makes delivery of authentic food in a fraction of the time. I’m very happy.
