I’ve dipped into the taster pack starting with the green curry, made as suggested on the back of the pack. My fussy eater other half (who doesn’t really like aubergines which are in the recipe) gave it a try, then hoofed it into him after telling me ‘that is actually spectacular’. Next up tomorrow will be the massaman curry - slow cooked beef & spuds in a Thai curry. Can’t blimmin wait!
Followed instructions and had a wonderful red curry. Waiting to try the next one.
Ok, so first admission we used the entire pack for two people, simply added ingredients as per instructions but only used one can of coconut milk. Was perfect, suspect had we used double as per instructions it would have been far to bland for our palette. So very pleased and will definitely order again
Wanted to try a few so ordered the taster pack. My son (9) has adored all of them, especially the green curry, interestingly he asked for green curry again but because there was only one in the kit I bought a jar of paste from the supermarket. Both my husband and son were thoroughly disappointed and I realise I may now have ruined them both for basic Thai curries forever! I will order more from you asap! Because there’s only three of us I only use half the paste and freeze the other half for next time to reduce the portion size! Thank you
