Tasty and as authentic as you will get!!!

Just love these pastes. They are as authentic as you can get. Having eaten in Thailand and was even given authentic home made green and red curry pastes by locals to bring home and these are as close as you can get. Have tried them all and absolutely love them. Perfect!!

My name is Jatuporn, but my family and friends call me "Jum".

As a proud mother, that wants my kids to feel more connected to their Thai heritage through the recipes that were passed down to me by their grandmother, and great grandmothers.

Growing up in Southern Thailand, I was surrounded by an abundance of fresh herbs (and chillies) just growing around our home, scattered between the papaya, banana and jackfruit trees. We harvested practically all we needed.
