This Panang is my absolute fave Thai curry!

It’s delicious, sweet, creamy, not hot but so tasty.

We get four servings from one pack, so for two of us I use half a packet then freeze the rest. I also use half a tin of coconut milk and freeze the other half of that too so that they’re both there ready to use next time.

Impressed with authentic, layered flavours

After being impressed with an initial trial pack I followed it up with a bigger order. Very impressed with the layers of flavouring and authenticity of spicing and heat levels and, although I still enjoy vreating my own curry pastes, these are ideal for a quick and satisfying meal.

Very quick delivery

Very quick delivery . I was impressed by the packaging and couldn’t wait to open it ! Tried my first one last night … Panang , it was lovely ! Iv bought all the ingredients to add to the paste as well from an independent shop . My name is Jatuporn, but my family and friends call me "Jum".

As a proud mother, that wants my kids to feel more connected to their Thai heritage through the recipes that were passed down to me by their grandmother, and great grandmothers.

Growing up in Southern Thailand, I was surrounded by an abundance of fresh herbs (and chillies) just growing around our home, scattered between the papaya, banana and jackfruit trees. We harvested practically all we needed.
