Very Tasty

This was my first order with Mae Jum,
Not sure what th expect so I only ordered 2 packs one Green curry and the other is Panang curry
I've tried the green curry and it's wery tasty and much better then supermarket stuff you get in jars. Easy to follow instructions
Will definitely be buying again.

Superb

Superb. Certainly very hot but the full taste is there. Really enjoyed the jungle and the yellow curries. Yet to try the red curry but can't wait. Standard pre-made curries usually require my partner to add a lot of extra spices etc but not these; these are the real thing.

A nice change from India curries.

I bought the variety pack. My wife and I loved the flavours, but found the 5/5 Jungle Curry just a bit too hot! We managed to tone it down to bearable levels by blending it with 2/5 Panang Curry. We added more vegetables than the packet recipe suggested, as we like them a bit thicker. Definitely going to buy more (maybe not the Jungle)

Thai Khao Soi Curry review

I have cooked for the family Thai Khao Soi with both turkey meat and chicken both were really good but Turkey was just exceptional as a complimentary meat for the Khao Soi curry paste. I think this might be our favourite as we have tried Red curry , Green Curry , Panang curry twice.
