These pastes are great, having lived in Thailand I appreciate them all the more. They are also really really easy and quick to use - no spice prep, just heat the paste up with some coconut base (milk or block) and add your meat and veg - voila. One thing which would be useful is an indication of how hot each one is as some are hotter than others.
I’ve only tried the Red Thai curry as yet but I have to say it’s delicious 😋
Made this last night. Really enjoyed it. Followed everything to the letter. Aubergines 🍆 with the chicken made a really nice change for us. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Couldn't get any palm sugar so used brown sugar, oh and no Thai basil, this is East Hull after all. Lol.
