I have cooked for the family Thai Khao Soi with both turkey meat and chicken both were really good but Turkey was just exceptional as a complimentary meat for the Khao Soi curry paste. I think this might be our favourite as we have tried Red curry , Green Curry , Panang curry twice.

Great flavour…my fav green curry paste. Only need a tablespoon full for a curry for 4 as it packs a punch!
