I’ve only so far tried the Panang Curry Paste from the Bangkok bundle and if this is the start - then I can’t wait to try the others. Amazing taste with just the right amount of spice and subtle Thai flavours of coriander, coconut and lemon grass to name a few. I followed the king prawn recipe on the back of the sachet packet only going of grid a little bit by adding pak choy and bean sprouts. The only ingredient I didn’t have at the time (now sourced from Waitrose) was the Kaffir lime leaves. I did add a little fish sauce as recommended at the end, just to give a little bit of saltiness and that was the icing on the cake in making the dish even more truly delicious. Who needs to (in my case) drive miles to find a Thai restaurant when you can make dinners with this paste at home. Thanks Jum
