I thought it was delicious, really easy to use and full of flavour, and if you're not cooking meat (eg using a veggie alternative or just veg) it's really quick. My partner wasn't as keen, as he thought that not being able to add fish sauce made a big difference to the flavour. So, advice on how to replace that with something else would be really welcome. I'll be buying again though.

Delicious blend of spices, just the right amount of heat without being overpowering. I’ve used the green curry one for a chicken dish, very easy to make and delicious. I’ll try the massaman blend at weekend.

This is the best Thai green curry paste I have ever tasted. I would even go as far as to say better than some restaurants. I purchased the taster pack and love them. So far the Thai green is a clear winner

I’ve only just used this, made the green chicken curry. It was delicious, just the right amount of spices and heat. I added green beans and mange tout peas and red peppers to the sauce, everyone loved it.
